Mathematics – K

Mathematics for Kindergarten has designed for the kids’ having the ages through 4.5y to 5.5y. Kids are supposed to learn basic strands of Maths such as Number sense, and numeration which involve counting, describing quantity, addition, writing and tracing the numbers and combining them to solve problems Measurement includes concepts such as length, width, height and time. Geometry and Spatial Sense in which children require experience with 2 and 3 dimensional shapes, positions (beside below, above, on, etc.). Its basic goal is to prepare them for understanding the principles of geometry and spatial relationships. In Patterning and Algebra, we find patterns in nature, in designs, and in mathematics. Making and finding patterns help children understand the other math strands.
